    • Bathrooms built for safety. Every bedroom will have its own ensuite bathroom with grab bars and a curbless shower, so there’s no step to climb over.
    • One open center of the home. The kitchen, the dining tables, and the living room all flow together in one bright space. Meals will be cooked right there in view, not behind a closed door.
    • A quieter table for smaller moments. There’s a separate round table by the windows. It’s a calmer spot for a card game, a cup of coffee, or a visit with you.
    • A relaxation room for quiet days. A quiet room sits between the two hallways. It’s there for the days when things feel like too much and your parent just needs a soft place to rest.
    • Care partners who can see, not cameras that watch. From the kitchen, a care partner can see the dining area, the living room, and both hallways at the same time. Your loved one will be looked after without ever feeling watched.
    • A memory care layout that’s easy to understand. Short hallways and clear sightlines will help someone living with Alzheimer’s or dementia find their way without help, which supports both dignity and safety.
    • Room for you, too. There’s a guest bathroom built for easy access and plenty of comfortable places to sit. You won’t be a visitor passing through. You’ll be part of our home.
